NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Police say one person was injured in a stabbing incident Sunday night.
The call came in around 6:35 p.m. for officers to respond to the 3600 block of Norvella Court in Norfolk.
Police said a man was transported from the scene to a local hospital to be treated for injuries considered not life-threatening.
Officers took a suspect into custody on Norvella Court. 42-year-old Walter Adcock Jr. has been charged with malicious wounding and was booked in Norfolk City Jail without bond.
