HYDE COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) — A man was arrested Friday for having a vehicle that was reported stolen in Virginia.
According to the Hyde County Sheriff’s Office, Herbert Davis was spotted with the stolen car in the Scranton area.
Davis was arrested and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, driving while license revoked, driving while impaired, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer.
Deputies say Davis was also served three outstanding warrants from Hyde County, Beaufort County and Pitt County.
