NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — One of two suspects charged in a fatal double shooting in Norfolk in 2016 has pleaded guilty.
Kamron Sellers and Quedell Higgs were charged for a shooting Norfolk police said happened on Ashby Street. The shooting left 33-year-old Jeffrey Stallings and 20-year-old Casey Kayser dead.
The Norfolk Circuit Court said in a tweet monday that Sellers pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree murder for the shooting.
