Update: Marie Wright Havner has been found alive, according to the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office. She is being treated by medics.
YORKTOWN, Va. (WAVY) – A senior alert was issued Saturday morning for an 87-year-old woman on behalf of the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office.
Marie Jean Haviner is described as a white woman, 5’3, 140 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen Friday around 5:32 p.m. in the 100 block of Bethany Terrace in Yorktown wearing an unknown nightgown color.
Haviner suffers from a cognitive impairment and her disappearance poses a credible threat to her health and safety, according to Virginia State Police.
