SAN DIEGO (Border Report) — Mexico’s attorney general in the state of Michoacán has announced that the second person arrested in connection with the murder of an influential lime grower is the girlfriend of notorious cartel leader César Sepúlveda Arellano, known as “El Botox.”

He is the head of a group known as the “Whites of Troy.”

His girlfriend, identified as Esmeralda “A” is accused of being involved in the murder of Bernardo Bravo, the head of the lime producers association in the state of Michoacán.

Bravo was reportedly killed for refusing to give into extortion demands by Sepúlveda Arellano’s cartel.

Bravo was shot to death after being ambushed while riding in his truck earlier this week.

According to investigators, “El Botox” formed his own cartel after breaking off and taking down another group known as the “Knights of Templar,” which was infamous for extorting citrus and avocado growers in the region.

He is said to be affiliated with the Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generación, one of the most powerful cartels that controls large territories throughout central Mexico.

The United States government is offering a $5 million dollar reward for information leading to the arrest of “El Botox” and his partner known as “El Gordo Viagra,” or “Fat Viagra.”
