PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Odyssey of the Mind is an international program that teaches kids how to use their natural creativity to become problem solvers. The kids are in charge of every aspect of the program, while coaches help facilitate the activities.
Air Force veteran, Norm Remchuck, got involved when his son took part in Odyssey. Now, 22 years later, he’s coaching three teams, one of which just won a world championship.
