HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — Hampton Police are searching for a suspect in connection with a fatal shooting at the Karma Restaurant and Lounge on Lincoln Street in early April.
According to officials, 26-year-old Curtis Frazier Jr. is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service for the fatal shooting of 25-year-old DeAngelo Osborne on April 11. Frazier is currently facing second-degree murder and related firearms charges.

Police were called to the Karma Restaurant and Lounge on Lincoln Street around 1:40 a.m. for reports of a shooting. Officers arrived to the scene and found Osborne in the parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound. Osborne was then taken to a local hospital, where he later died due to his injuries.
Family of Osborne told 10 On Your Side that he was gunned down after celebrating his girlfriend’s birthday with her family.
Police said Frazier is considered armed and dangerous. He is described as 5-foot-9 and weighing around 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. A photo of Frazier can be found below.
The U.S. Marshals Service announced a reward of up to $3,000 for information on Frazier’s whereabouts. Anyone with any information on the case is asked to contact the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
