VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – Shots were fired in the 1300 block of Pacific Ave Saturday night, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD).

The shots happened just before midnight and police found a man with non life-threatening injuries on the scene. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

VBPD says the incident is still under investigation.
