PORTSMOUTH, Va (WAVY) – A heartfelt welcome home to the crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Spencer! They returned to their home port in Portsmouth on Friday after completing a 92-day deployment in the Florida Straits. The crew was deployed in support of Homeland Security Task Force – Southeast and Operation Vigilant Sentry.
