PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – The LGBT Life Center has been a beacon of hope and advocacy for the Hampton Roads Community for 35 years. They’re celebrating their years of service and looking to the future by hosting a Garden Party Brunch Gala. It will be held Sunday, Sept. 22 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The Woman’s Club of Portsmouth.
