NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — Two teenagers are facing charges after a brawl in the bathroom of a Newport News Walmart left another teenager injured.

Newport News police say the incident happened Dec. 10 at a location on Jefferson Avenue. While en Officers found an 18-year-old man who was bleeding from a laceration above his right eyebrow.

Medics took to the teen to a hospital for treatment.

Police said a witness reported he saw three males fighting in the store’s bathroom, when one of the males pulled out a handgun with an extended magazine and hit the victim over the head.

The teen told officers he went into the bathroom and two males followed him and started to assault him.

Police arrested 19-year-old Joshua Robinson and 18-year-old Christian Robinson 11 days after the alleged incident.

Joshua Robinson is charged with malicious wounding, mob assault, concealed firearm, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and disorderly conduct. Christian Robinson is charged with mob assault and disorderly conduct.
