PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – The sky truly is the limit at the 52nd Annual Hang Gliding Spectacular. This is the longest-running hang gliding competition in the world and it gets underway Thursday in Nags Head. John Harris who founded Kitty Hawk Kites 50 years ago joined HRS with instructor David Schechter for the details of the 52nd annual Hang Gliding Spectacular.
