PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Residents of Portsmouth will have an opportunity to speak to Police Chief Steven Jenkins Wednesday night.
The Quarterly Chief’s Forum is scheduled for April 24 at 6 p.m. at the Police Administration Building on High Street.
Chief Jenkins will hear from the community and provide updates on the department.
