HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — A man convicted for his role in a deadly Hampton shooting is facing six decades in prison.
Court records show Jquan Malik Vinston was sentenced to 63 years in prison on March 1. Vinston was found guilty of murder during a jury trial in January.
Vinston and Isaiah Lashawn Smith were arrested in the deadly shooting of 32-year-old Joshua Williams at the Colonial Landing Apartments in 2018. Smith is due in court for a trial on April 12.
