VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Police say a man is dead after being shot in a domestic incident in Virginia Beach on Sunday afternoon.
Police say they were called to the 1500 block of Cape Ann Way at 2:31 p.m. for the incident and the man was pronounced dead. He was identified on Monday as 35-year-old Ritz M. Johnson.
Police say all involved parties were detained and no criminal charges have been filed at this time.
The case remains under investigation and will be screened with the Virginia Beach Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office.
