YORK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) – Deputies have arrested a man who they say robbed the C&F Bank in the 200 block of Route 17 on Wednesday morning.
33-year-old Russell Hudgins, of Newport News, was arrested on Friday in Newport News after a short foot pursuit, according to the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office.
York-Poquoson deputies say they were notified about the incident at 9:38 a.m. They say Hudgins got away with an undisclosed amount of money.
No one was injured during the incident, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
